About the position

The Product Marketing Manager MBA Intern at TikTok will assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for TikTok's eCommerce products. This internship aims to provide hands-on experience in product marketing, focusing on driving product education, adoption, and revenue growth. Interns will work closely with marketing teams and product managers to enhance the seller journey and support product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving go-to-market strategies including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets across the seller journey.
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure the product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel.
• Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
• Work with PMMs to track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product, providing white glove product support, supporting roadmap development, running enablement sessions, and participating in QA testing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or related discipline.
• Experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce.
• Experience working with product management, analytics, and design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned channels.
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).
• Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.
