As a key member of the Recovery Sciences team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The primary purpose of the Product Marketing Manager position is to lead the downstream marketing and drive the growth of the recovery sciences medical laser portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering top and bottom-line metrics through the development of innovative marketing strategies and tactics. You will develop specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. This includes overseeing market research, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs, as well as establishing pricing strategies. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). This position requires wide-ranging experience and the ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways, exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing plan for the assigned product line
  • Analyze US market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop marketing programs and tactics
  • Develop quarterly US POA strategy and tactics in guidance of Marketing Director and in partnership with sales and demand generation team
  • Deliver the US annual revenue and profitability target for assigned products
  • Lead and represent the marketing function on the NPD team for product development
  • Responsible for global product management including demand forecast, sales support, training, and product lifecycle management
  • Create go-to-market programs for new offerings, segments, and geographies
  • Develop sales tools, training material, and presentations to support sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support to gather customer and market insights

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 + years experience in US downstream medical device marketing
  • Experience with Distributor Marketing (a strong plus)
  • Medical Capital Equipment marketing experience (a plus)
  • Proficiency in marketing analytic tools (Sales Force, Power BI, HubSpot etc)
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preference for education in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Kinesiology or related field
  • MBA (plus)
