As a key member of the Recovery Sciences team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The primary purpose of the Product Marketing Manager position is to lead the downstream marketing and drive the growth of the recovery sciences medical laser portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering top and bottom-line metrics through the development of innovative marketing strategies and tactics. You will develop specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. This includes developing business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, overseeing market research, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs. You will also establish pricing strategies and work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the market, analyze US market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop marketing programs and tactics to drive growth of the US business for the assigned product line. You will be responsible for delivering the US annual revenue and profitability target for assigned products, leading and representing the marketing function on the New Product Development (NPD) team, and managing global product management for the assigned product including demand forecast, sales support, training, product lifecycle, and managing day-to-day product issues. Additionally, you will create go-to-market programs for new offerings, segments, and geographies, develop sales tools, training material, and presentations to support the sales team in effectively communicating and delivering product value propositions.
