As a key member of the Recovery Sciences team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The primary purpose of this position is to lead the downstream marketing and drive the growth of the recovery sciences electrotherapy portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering top and bottom-line metrics through the development of innovative marketing strategies and tactics. This includes developing specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. You will also oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs while establishing pricing strategies. Collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams will be essential to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the market, analyze US market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop marketing programs and tactics that drive growth. You will lead and represent the marketing function on the New Product Development (NPD) team, overseeing the development of products through the stage gate process, including business case development, positioning, claims, messaging, branding, and product launch. Additionally, you will be responsible for global product management, including demand forecasting, sales support, training, product lifecycle management, and addressing day-to-day product issues. You will create go-to-market programs for new offerings, segments, and geographies, proactively identify customer success stories, and develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating and delivering the product value proposition. Collaboration with sales and customer support will be key to gathering customer and market qualifications.
