About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the go-to-market strategy for key products and service lines within the business area. This position focuses on market segmentation, persona research, messaging creation, and buyer journey mapping, while also monitoring the competitive landscape to drive business results. The role requires collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns and ensure alignment in communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the go-to-market strategy for key products and service lines.
  • Conduct market segmentation and persona research.
  • Create original and persuasive messaging and frameworks.
  • Map the buyer journey to enhance customer understanding.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to drive business results.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Product Marketing in developing the overall marketing strategy.
  • Define requirements for effective marketing campaigns and positioning.
  • Drive thought leadership on specific topics to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other Product Marketing Managers to ensure alignment in marketing communications.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Life Sciences & Healthcare Medtech solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product/segment marketing, preferably in B2B information services, medical device, or medical technologies industry.
  • Familiarity with medical device or medical technology product lifecycles, R&D, and clinical trials leading to commercialization activities.
  • Strong experience and understanding of product commercialization strategy and tactics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and retention.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes, reimbursement models, and clinical decision-making.
  • Expertise in identifying trends and marketing opportunities through data.
