As a Product Marketing Manager for the Modern App Ecosystem at Google Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for AI-powered tools aimed at IT operators. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product marketing journey, from defining positioning and messaging to executing go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to ensure that our products resonate with users and meet their needs effectively. This includes working closely with system administrators, platform engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to understand their challenges and how our products can address them. You will be responsible for developing compelling messaging that highlights the benefits of our tools, particularly in the context of the industry-wide shift towards OpenTelemetry standards. Your work will not only involve strategic planning but also hands-on execution of marketing campaigns that drive product-led growth for observability tools. You will partner with the growth marketing team to create and implement effective marketing initiatives that showcase the capabilities of Google Cloud tools. By leveraging your expertise in marketing technical products, you will help position Google Cloud as a leader in the AI and cloud computing space, ultimately contributing to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our users.
