About the position

The Product Marketing Manager NGS at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to address customer needs for IDT's xGen NGS product portfolio. This role involves executing marketing and product launch campaigns that drive awareness and revenue, while collaborating with various teams to develop marketing strategies based on customer insights and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional efforts between product management, R&D, marketing, and sales for the xGen NGS product portfolio.
  • Develop marketing personas, customer segmentation strategies, and buyer journeys specific to the IDT NGS portfolio.
  • Plan, craft, and execute impactful marketing campaigns and collateral.
  • Collaborate with content writers, branding, public relations, and SEO experts to align campaign tactics with market needs.
  • Drive product awareness and positioning through partnerships with third parties and digital marketing experts.
  • Own and be accountable for the success of marketing campaigns using advanced digital metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, life science (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences marketing or laboratory experience in next generation sequencing.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in NGS applications.
  • Experience in defining product marketing strategy and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear messaging.
  • Willingness to travel 20%, domestically or internationally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with IDT's product portfolio.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) in business or life sciences.
