About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Offering Marketing at DXC Technology is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Modern Workplace solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective messaging, drive marketing programs, and enhance brand awareness. The manager will also oversee content creation and ensure alignment with corporate narratives, ultimately aiming to boost demand and advance the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans and achieve objectives for Modern Workplace Services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective messaging and positioning.
  • Program manage various marketing disciplines to achieve results.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the marketing organization on Modern Workplace.
  • Work with content managers to create web content, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support Analyst Relations efforts including RFI submissions and briefing content.
  • Develop partnerships with offering leaders and marketing teams.
  • Enhance country initiatives by providing expertise and managing event execution.
  • Create content and drive marketing programs with key collaborators.
  • Maintain solution proof points, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Participate in and drive social media initiatives.
  • Track and measure marketing tactics and prepare monthly reports on results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA with marketing concentration is a bonus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing for IT services firms.
  • Experience in a B2B technology company, particularly in modern workplace or cloud services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Proven success in creating and executing product marketing plans.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent work.
