The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology organization, focusing on connecting worldwide advertisers with over 1 billion daily active users through thousands of locally popular publishers. Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in over 20 emerging markets, with proven success in regions such as Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. This role is crucial in driving the integration of Pangle and TikTok processes, ensuring that global initiatives are effectively executed at the local level. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will proactively drive Pangle and TikTok process integration, working closely with the global GMPT Product Solution and Operation team. You will develop and manage Pangle's global Go-to-Market (GTM) foundations, partnering with the global Monetization Product Operation team to plan and execute Pangle-specific training programs and GTM assets. Your responsibilities will also include leading strategic projects, participating in the design and implementation of business operation management processes, and supporting the implementation of business strategy at the regional level. You will be responsible for operating Pangle products and business development in the North American marketplaces, including Canada and the United States, dedicating up to 25% of your total bandwidth to this effort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, with hands-on experience in defining product GTM strategies and executing product launches that result in quantifiable business impact. You should possess solid project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong sense of ownership. Additionally, you will need to be data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking and the ability to work under pressure.
