As a Product Marketing Manager at BILL, you will play a pivotal role in championing small and mid-size businesses (SMBs) by driving the marketing strategy for our financial automation software. BILL is dedicated to automating the future of finance, allowing businesses to thrive by simplifying their financial workflows, including payables, receivables, and expense management. You will be part of a dynamic Product Marketing team that is responsible for getting products to market and enhancing their impact on customers and the business. This role requires you to represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that the product's value resonates with customers and differentiates from competitors. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies and programs that drive growth and retention, collaborating with various teams such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will lead the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning, orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) launches, and conduct competitive monitoring and marketing research. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver against business metrics and engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can pivot from high-level strategy to execution, ensuring that customer needs are met and that our products are positioned effectively in the market. You will need to be an expert in our products and understand user workflows, as well as be a champion for our customers, turning insights into actionable marketing programs. Your project management skills will be crucial as you manage complex projects and lead a matrixed team to achieve our goals.
