About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Byborg will lead marketing efforts for a designated product group within the global PR & Marketing department. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between product teams and marketing resources, ensuring that marketing strategies align with product goals. The manager will oversee marketing plans, conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, manage product launches, and track performance metrics to optimize product growth and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for a specific product cluster, managing relationships with product teams.
  • Oversee the marketing plans, campaigns, and materials for the product cluster.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies for products in the cluster.
  • Lead the execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment of marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product/performance marketing or a similar role, ideally within a global or multi-product environment.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple products and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social, PR, events, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with different marketing platforms and tools (e.g., analytics, marketing automation).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling product messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing market trends and campaign performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
