About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Prime Video is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience on the Prime Video Storefront. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance the customer storefront experience by identifying solutions through automation.
  • Develop customer segmentation experiment roadmap and manage targeting, messaging, content, design, planning, execution, and reporting on campaign results.
  • Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.
  • Manage storefront auditing mechanisms across multiple organizations and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience engaging with and learning new content management systems/tools.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Strong communication skills to drive recommendations and articulate tradeoffs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
