In the role of Product Marketing Manager for Product Compliance & Privacy at Meta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmaps and executing launch plans for internal products, tools, and processes that are essential for Meta's innovation in the face of increasing regulatory scrutiny. This position requires a deep understanding of the internal governance, risk, and compliance systems that underpin our platform, as well as the ability to engage with a diverse array of internal stakeholders, including operations, policy, legal, research, design, communications, and internal customers. Your ability to build consensus and drive alignment across these groups will be crucial to the success of our compliance initiatives. You will be tasked with creatively simplifying and amplifying compliance efforts through innovative channels and formats. This will involve diving deep into technical features to educate internal parties and leveraging your quantitative reasoning skills to structure qualitative feedback into a cohesive strategy. As a motivated learner, you will explore areas such as accountability and privacy-focused design, ensuring that our product strategies are aligned with compliance requirements.
