About the position

The Ads Product Marketing Manager at Netflix will play a crucial role in the B2B Advertising marketplace by leading the go-to-market strategies for new ad product solutions and enhancing existing offerings. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define product narratives and ensure that Netflix's ad products meet market needs effectively. The role emphasizes continuous learning and development within the marketing field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and development of go-to-market efforts across new ad product solutions, focusing on programmatic capabilities.
  • Enhance existing offerings in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including ad product, marketplace operations, research, sales, UX, measurement, and policy.
  • Establish a feedback loop with product and sales teams to influence product development based on customer and market inputs.
  • Identify and execute marketing needs to support ad products in the market, including materials, demos, and assets.
  • Incorporate programmatic messaging across narratives and marketing events in collaboration with Global Ads Marketing teams.
  • Ensure a consistent ads narrative by collaborating cross-functionally with Comms, Ad Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Work with Research teams to include audience and industry insights for new ad solution offerings and their market positioning.
  • Support Measurement products to enable advertisers to track and evaluate success.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in product marketing within the digital advertising and/or B2B Advertising space.
  • Experience in programmatic and the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Strong experience in partnering cross-functionally on product strategy, product positioning/narrative, and GTM launches.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort in understanding research data.
  • Ability to collaborate in an environment that values team culture and inclusiveness.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • High-level understanding of product growth and developing strategic roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed and actionable Product Briefs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply the 80/20 rule to problem-solving.
