About the position

We are looking for a passionate & seasoned Product Marketing Manager to help drive our investments in the publishing and rights management space. In this role, you will be responsible for creating business and product strategies tailored for both content creators and content rights holders. You will build and execute our go-to-market plans while coordinating a cross-functional team to develop product experiences for rights management on both Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will possess a multi-disciplinary background that includes business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills, and will have a strong passion for the creator and media ecosystem. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with product and engineering teams to define the strategy and roadmap for upcoming investments in the publishing and rights management space. You will envision and execute go-to-market plans for content creators and rights holders, collaborating across various teams including engineering, product management, partnerships, deal team, operations, partner marketing, and communications to test, announce, launch, and scale products effectively. Your role will also involve surfacing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights that will shape product direction, as well as establishing, refining, and scaling our existing rights management products with content creators and rights holders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and engineering to define the strategy and roadmap for upcoming investment in the publishing and rights management space
  • Envision and execute go-to-market plans for content creators and rights holders
  • Collaborate across engineering, product management, partnerships, deal team, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products
  • Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape product direction
  • Establish, refine & scale our existing rights management products with content creators and rights holders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in business strategy, product marketing, consulting or marketing
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience working in media, bonus if that experience included working with rights holders or in the rights management space
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services while owning and achieving KPIs
  • Experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
