About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Panduit is responsible for developing messaging and marketing plans to enhance awareness and drive growth for the company's product portfolio. This role involves creating impactful content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data to refine marketing strategies. The manager will oversee digital content, manage product launches, and coordinate marketing efforts with external partners, ensuring effective communication of product benefits to target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create compelling messaging for assigned product lines by analyzing customer feedback and competitor insights.
  • Act as the marketing subject matter expert (SME) for new product launches, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Oversee all digital content for assigned products, including landing pages and SEO optimization.
  • Develop and maintain use cases and case studies that reflect customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with external partners to create joint marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage trade show activities from planning to execution, including developing graphics for displays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field required; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 8+ years of experience with at least 6 years in product marketing and at least 3 years in product marketing or management in network infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products across global markets that meet revenue goals.
  • Exceptional strategic messaging, copywriting, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to develop compelling presentations and present in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead management, CRM systems, and tools like Canva, Marketo, Loom, and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred Degree: MBA or working towards MBA.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization strategies and tools.
  • Preferred marketing experience in related industries such as power, safety, or IT.
