About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in bringing a new product to market for a healthcare association client. This full-time, hybrid position requires onsite work in downtown Chicago on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including sales enablement and lead generation, while collaborating closely with sales teams and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market tactics and marketing plans including sales enablement, lead generation, web, email, paid media (print and digital, SEM/PPC), earned media, social, and events.
• Establish key ROI, KPIs, and identify key buyers/accounts.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation for sales.
• Develop marketing and sales support materials for appropriate channels.

Requirements

• 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on owned, paid, and social media.
• Experience with new product launches and go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to partner effectively with sales teams.
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions and providing insights using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.
• Experience writing promotional content and value propositions for multiple audiences.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the association or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, display, programmatic, re-targeting, or other digital tactics.
