About the position

Responsibilities

  • Integrate market vision and promotion strategy by collaborating with product management, communications, and market launch experts.
  • Develop and execute promotional initiatives to drive sales and market share.
  • Provide creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and contemporary design trends.
  • Tailor marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, understanding the unique needs and preferences of each segment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's vision.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 plus years of experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in consumer goods marketing, with a focus on both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
