As a Product Marketing Manager at Roundel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for Target's media business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition of our product suite. This includes creating mass messaging, pitch decks, and one-pagers that resonate with our target audience. To succeed in this role, you will need to leverage a strong understanding of retail media advertising solutions, ensuring that your strategies align with business goals and insights. You will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders across Roundel and the broader Target organization to implement these strategies across various channels. This requires excellent stakeholder management capabilities, as well as a good understanding of marketing, media products, and the digital industry. Your ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable and measurable product marketing strategies will be crucial. In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. You will need to be organized and structured in your communication, engaging partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems. Your curiosity and drive to understand client needs will help you analyze, interpret, and synthesize data into compelling narratives that support your marketing strategies. Flexibility to travel is a requirement, as you may need to visit headquarters up to four times a year.
