About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Data Center and Migrations marketing team at a high-tech SaaS company. This role focuses on implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the adoption of cloud products for both SMB and enterprise customers, while also ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present effectively to leadership and stakeholders. The manager will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to lead marketing programs and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create, drive, and manage go-to-market plans across various owned channels.
  • Set comprehensive GTM strategies that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement.
  • Apply a strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to craft enablement programs.
  • Create high-quality assets for demand generation, sales, and partners, including blogs, webinars, and website content.
  • Influence stakeholders through content sparring sessions.
  • Distill complex processes into clear written communications.
  • Drive projects to completion while maintaining a high-quality standard.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Understanding of PLG and sales-led GTM tactics.
  • Experience launching go-to-market campaigns.
  • Ability to write compelling content for diverse personas.
  • Strong data-informed decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in customer and competitive research.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into messaging and sales enablement.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
