InEight, a leader in construction management software, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS. This role is pivotal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming product features into compelling market strategies that drive adoption and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be based in Scottsdale, AZ, and will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategies that support the sales team and align with the company's growth objectives. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that not only enhance product adoption and usage but also significantly improve customer satisfaction. This involves providing the sales team with essential tools and content, such as product slicks, pitch decks, battle cards, and demo videos, empowering them to effectively communicate the value proposition and achieve their sales objectives. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the product management team to understand detailed product features, benefits, and the roadmap. This understanding will be translated into persuasive marketing positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience. Additionally, the manager will spearhead the creation of impactful external-facing content, including case studies, webinars, and articles, while also maintaining and updating internal product marketing resources to ensure alignment across teams. Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis will inform and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. The manager will design and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to product launches and ongoing promotions, evaluating campaign effectiveness and adapting strategies based on analytical insights. Furthermore, the role includes actively supporting various marketing initiatives, such as partnerships, events, and digital marketing efforts, to maximize reach and impact, and leading cross-functional commercialization meetings with Sales, Product, and Services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans and enablement assets across a variety of formats that deliver tangible results.
  • Deep understanding of buyer personas, product positioning, the B2B buyer journey and strategies to enhance product adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise, and compelling messages.
  • Proven ability as a self-starter to manage multiple projects and embrace change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for design, proven experience creating high-performing content and collateral.
