About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for SMB Growth at TikTok is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies aimed at acquiring new advertisers and promoting revenue growth in the LATAM region. This role requires close collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and operations, to launch new marketing capabilities and drive scalable growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and establish key performance indicators for customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for SMB's new advertiser acquisition.
  • Promote revenue growth in the LATAM region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new marketing capabilities and product strategies.
  • Utilize data and customer research to identify problems and growth opportunities.
  • Develop effective growth strategies and articulate new customer acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • Explore multi-channel strategies and innovative business models to promote advertiser acquisition.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven skills in successful marketing strategy and driving user growth, preferably in advertising, technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong data analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop operational strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of advertising products, services, and strategies.
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills.
