About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Supply Chain at C3 AI is responsible for the outbound and commercial aspects of the company's Supply Chain products. This role involves understanding customer needs, influencing product strategy, developing product messaging, and enabling sales through effective marketing collateral. The manager will engage with various teams to drive product awareness and revenue growth, ensuring that C3 AI's offerings are well-positioned in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Supply Chain products and the C3 AI Platform.
  • Train other C3 AI teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.) on the products.
  • Develop, own, and maintain training materials.
  • Partner with Product Management to define market opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Form opinions on existing and potential roadmaps based on market research.
  • Develop and track key business metrics for products, evaluating the state of the business.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and new releases.
  • Develop compelling external product content to support sales and GTM efforts, including data sheets, case studies, and blogs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain relationships with Product and customer-facing teams.
  • Work with Marketing to enable appropriate product positioning and run campaigns to create product awareness.
  • Present at industry conferences, panels, and customer events.
  • Work with Sales and Pre-sales to inspire and motivate customer business through the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field.
  • Master of Science or Business Administration degrees.
  • 4+ years of experience directly supporting US government clients.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering compelling product marketing results and product revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrable domain expertise in digital content generation, enterprise sales collateral, or AI-based application development.
  • Experience managing and developing new product marketing programs with clear data-driven results.
  • Experience managing product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing.
  • Ability to develop product strategy and execute against strategic plans.

  • Demonstrated success in driving successful customer engagement leading to customer advocacy and partnership.
  • Experience working with demand generation to evaluate business data for high converting programs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $169,000 per year.
