About the position

The Supply Chain Product Marketing Manager at C3.ai is responsible for positioning and promoting the company's Supply Chain products and tools. This role involves understanding customer needs, defining market opportunities, and executing go-to-market strategies to drive product revenue growth. The manager will collaborate with various teams to create compelling marketing content, support sales efforts, and influence the product roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Supply Chain products and the C3 AI Platform, and train other teams on these products.
  • Partner with Product Management to define market opportunities and influence roadmap priorities based on market research.
  • Develop and track key business metrics for the products, evaluating the state of the business.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and new releases, including campaigns and webinars.
  • Develop comprehensive external product content to support sales and go-to-market efforts, including data sheets and case studies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain relationships with Product, customer-facing teams, and Sales to incorporate customer feedback into marketing collateral.
  • Work with Marketing to enable appropriate product positioning and run campaigns to create product awareness.
  • Present at industry conferences, panels, and customer events with authority.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-sales to inspire and motivate customers throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field; Master of Science or Business Administration preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting US government clients.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing and driving product revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital content generation, enterprise sales collateral, or AI-based application development.
  • Experience managing product marketing programs with data-driven results.
  • Experience in product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing.
  • Ability to develop product strategy and execute against plans.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and product management.

  • Experience with demand generation and evaluating business data for high-converting programs.
