About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Surge Arresters at Hitachi Energy is responsible for implementing product marketing strategies to meet business objectives aligned with the global product strategy. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving sales efficiency through product training and pricing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement product marketing strategies in the local HUB to meet business objectives.
• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including technical seminars and customer events.
• Define the go-to-market strategy and communicate the product value proposition and positioning strategy.
• Develop focused business plans by defined market segments and track market trends and competitor moves.
• Drive sales efficiency by ensuring product training of LSO.
• Support the implementation of pricing excellence methodologies.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Power quality products.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Work authorization to permit employment in the United States.
