About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Third Party Partners at Meta is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives focused on third-party partnerships. This role aims to cultivate and grow an ecosystem of partners to enhance client success with Meta's solutions, particularly in areas like Reels and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and innovate through partnerships, all while navigating a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner product strategy for Reels, creative, and Generative AI, overseeing product development from ideation to launch.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market plans and support product launches.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation through third parties by analyzing market and industry trends.
  • Execute strategies in a fast-paced and iterative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, program management, product marketing, product management, partnerships, business development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in building and scaling businesses, products, or initiatives.
  • Proven track record of influencing behavior at various organizational levels, including cross-functional leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve competing perspectives and priorities effectively.
  • Analytical approach to solving ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience in operating within matrixed cross-functional organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA
  • Project management skills and experience leading matrixed organizations towards common goals.
  • Experience in strategy consulting or management consulting.
  • Understanding of the advertising industry and/or creative sectors.
