About the position

Brex is the AI-powered spend platform that helps companies manage their spending with confidence through integrated corporate cards, banking, and global payments, along with intuitive software for travel and expenses. The Marketing team at Brex plays a crucial role in telling the Brex story, determining messaging and positioning, and translating our products and features into tangible customer benefits. This team is responsible for acquiring new customers and has a deep understanding of the business, working closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to demonstrate how Brex can help prospects and customers reach their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear and compelling positioning and messaging that communicates the value and benefits of Brex's travel solution. You will collaborate with the business development team to identify and establish strategic partnerships within the travel ecosystem. Additionally, you will develop, maintain, and communicate our internal product roadmap to stakeholders and customer accounts, launch new travel capabilities to drive customer acquisition and expansion across key accounts, and support our sales and solutions consulting teams in account strategy, sales presentations, demos, and customer RFIs/RFPs. This position requires a strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives and excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Craft clear and compelling positioning and messaging that communicates the value and benefits of Brex's travel solution
  • Collaborate with our business development team to identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the travel ecosystem
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate our internal product roadmap to internal stakeholders and customer accounts
  • Launch new travel capabilities to drive customer acquisition and expansion across key accounts
  • Support our sales and solutions consulting teams in account strategy, sales presentations and demos, and customer RFIs/RFPs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role focused on B2B software
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across audiences
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Aptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritization
  • Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic Product and GTM stakeholders
  • Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
