About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Expedia Group is responsible for crafting and executing impactful go-to-market strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive growth for a suite of products aimed at hotel and supply partners. This hybrid role involves collaboration with various teams to support product launches and establish effective product positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Distill market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and key business decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and growth of products among hotels and supply partners.
  • Craft compelling, value-driven messaging for cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns.
  • Lead discussions to secure buy-in and alignment from leadership.
  • Ensure readiness of Commercial and Marketing teams by developing materials and managing updates.
  • Create pitch decks and demos for commercial teams to engage partners.
  • Define launch strategies for new products or programs within the Hotel and supply portfolio.
  • Advise on messaging emphasis to engage different partner segments.
  • Develop and optimize adoption strategies for existing products, identifying content for education campaigns.
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure Account Management readiness by developing marketing materials.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketer in a complex global organization, preferably in B2B enterprise technology or Travel.
  • Adept at authoring and implementing insights plans and go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand market and customer needs to influence product strategy and roadmap.
  • Master storyteller with the ability to craft messaging that communicates value to the audience.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial-minded and skilled at driving growth through various approaches, including account-based marketing.
  • Curious mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty using data and insights.
