About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at WorkForce Software, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our workforce management platform. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, product positioning, and sales enablement materials, while also creating compelling messaging that communicates the value of our solutions to various audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product offerings and translate features into business value.
  • Use data to inform go-to-market decision making and marketing strategy.
  • Act as a market subject matter expert to maintain thought leadership.
  • Define effective marketing tactics for reaching potential buyers.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all resources.
  • Identify opportunities for new resources and campaigns to drive growth.
  • Support vertical go-to-market initiatives with industry-specific resources.
  • Maintain competitive battlecards with up-to-date differentiation and news.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and provide insights to various teams.
  • Develop resources for sales training and presales support.
  • Create external product content including data sheets, case studies, and webinars.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product or content marketing for SaaS software.
  • Experience in the WFM, HCM, or Payroll B2B SaaS software market is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in developing creative content and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software buyers' journey.
  • Track record of success in measuring and improving product messaging effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and motivate.
