About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Wearables Software Health Experiences at Meta is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and influencing product development for health-related wearable technologies. This role focuses on empowering users to manage their health through innovative software experiences, requiring a blend of strategic vision, communication skills, and analytical acumen. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit and drive the success of health products in the consumer market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for products.
  • Define health product positioning, naming, audience definition, and sizing for software experiences across wearables hardware programs.
  • Lead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback.
  • Represent the consumer point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy grounded in user insights and market dynamics.
  • Guide cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the go-to-market strategy through end-of-life processes.
  • Communicate go-to-market updates and reviews with cross-functional leadership.
  • Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer healthcare product marketing, product management, management consulting, or business strategy.
  • Expertise in audiology or health-related wearables in the U.S. and globally.
  • Experience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Expert-level understanding of the U.S. consumer health and payer markets.
  • Experience with products sold both direct-to-consumer and B2B.
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Masters' degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience in product marketing and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products sold in both consumer and B2B channels.
  • Domain knowledge in wearable devices, hearing, and connected health tech.
