About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for Wearables at Meta is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution for new wearable products, including wrist wearables. This role involves understanding the wearables ecosystem, developing marketing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success. The position requires strategic vision, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments to influence product development and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of the wearables ecosystem and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of go-to-market plans for new products and drive integrated efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and validate audience definitions, product positioning, and go-to-channel strategies.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize customer-centric product development.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and sales teams to create product marketing communications.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant product marketing experience influencing product roadmaps and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience managing complex and ambiguous programs with significant self-direction.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform product strategy.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of experience launching physical consumer products.
  • Experience in augmented reality, virtual reality, or wearable devices.
  • Experience with retail and POS strategies for consumer electronics.
