About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager for Zoom Docs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product messaging, launch narratives, and go-to-market strategy for our new productivity solutions. Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with our product and go-to-market teams to create impactful campaigns and enablement tactics that drive revenue growth and enhance product adoption. This position is integral to ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates the value of our offerings. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives related to product launches and activities, providing executive readouts and updates on key business initiatives. Your expertise in product-led and community-led growth, particularly within the productivity space, will be essential as you work to position and build differentiated messaging and assets. You will also be tasked with developing and presenting content for both in-person and virtual events, ensuring that all teams are equipped with the latest key messaging documents. In this role, you will leverage data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results, ensuring that our marketing strategies are informed by insights and analytics. Your leadership and presentation skills will be crucial in navigating matrixed organizations and ensuring alignment across various teams. This position reports to the Global Lead of Employee Experience Product Marketing, and you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the employee experience through innovative product marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own product messaging and launch narratives for Zoom Docs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new productivity solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for product launches and activities.
  • Provide executive readouts and updates for top business initiatives and launches.

Requirements

  • Understanding of product-led and community-led growth in the productivity space.
  • Experience working with sales/partner enablement, channel marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives for product launches.
  • Ability to provide executive readouts and updates for business initiatives.
  • Experience in building and presenting event messaging and content.
  • Excellent leadership and presentation skills in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience using data to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Ability to position and build differentiated messaging and assets.
