As a Product Marketing Manager for Zoom Docs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product messaging, launch narratives, and go-to-market strategies for our innovative productivity solutions. Your primary focus will be on Zoom Docs, where you will collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to develop impactful campaigns and enablement tactics that drive revenue growth and enhance product adoption. This position is integral to the Employee Experience Product Marketing team, and you will report directly to the Global Lead of Employee Experience Product Marketing. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of product-led and community-led growth, particularly within the productivity sector. You will work in tandem with sales, partner enablement, channel marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective product launches. Your experience in leading cross-functional initiatives will be crucial as you provide executive readouts and updates on key business initiatives and product launches. You will also be responsible for crafting and presenting messaging and content for both in-person and virtual events, ensuring that all teams are equipped with the latest key messaging documents. Your analytical skills will be essential as you utilize data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results. You will be tasked with positioning and building differentiated messaging and assets that resonate with our target audience. This role requires excellent leadership and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate and succeed in matrixed organizations. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our product marketing efforts and the overall growth of Zoom Docs.
