As a Product Marketing Manager for Zoom Docs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product messaging, launch narratives, and go-to-market strategy for our new productivity solutions. Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with our product and go-to-market teams to create impactful campaigns and enablement tactics that drive revenue growth and enhance product adoption. This position is integral to the Employee Experience Product Marketing team at Zoom Video Communications, where you will report directly to the Global Lead of Employee Experience Product Marketing. In this role, you will be expected to possess a deep understanding of product-led and community-led growth, particularly within the productivity sector. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, partner enablement, channel marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies. Your experience in leading cross-functional initiatives for product launches will be crucial, as you will be responsible for providing executive readouts and updates on key business initiatives and launches. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and presenting messaging and content for both in-person and virtual events. Your excellent leadership and presentation skills will be essential in navigating matrixed organizations, ensuring that all teams have access to updated key messaging documents. Utilizing data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities, as will your ability to position and create differentiated messaging and assets that resonate with our target audience.
