About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union is a senior-level position responsible for aligning marketing activities with sales tactics. This role serves as the primary liaison between marketing and sales, developing go-to-market plans for Catalyst solutions and generating qualified sales leads. The manager will also drive sales enablement through effective training and competitive analysis, ensuring the sales team is equipped to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the alignment of marketing activities and sales tactics.
• Develop the go-to-market plan for Catalyst solutions.
• Deliver a steady stream of qualified sales leads.
• Articulate key benefits and selling points of Catalyst products.
• Develop a comprehensive lead generation plan including messaging and media.
• Direct marketing department activities to execute lead generation plans.
• Drive sales enablement through training and competitive analysis.
• Prepare the sales team for successful selling through various strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or product management.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with direct sales function interaction.
• 4+ years managing lead generation and campaign creation across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced user of Salesforce and lead generation tools with 4+ years of experience.
• Knowledgeable in marketing to financial services organizations with 4+ years of experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 6+ years managing lead generation and campaign creation across multiple channels.
• Drive to stay current with sales enablement techniques.
• Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Experienced with Salesforce Account Engagement marketing platform.
• Experienced in writing thought leadership content.
