About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager for Dasher Pay and Earnings Experience will play a crucial role in enhancing Dasher sentiment and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This position involves collaborating with various teams to execute go-to-market plans, support product launches, and drive awareness and adoption of earnings and pay programs for Dashers. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure successful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans that exceed new & existing feature adoption and satisfaction goals with Dashers.
  • Execute marketing experimentation for new offerings that Dashers value and adopt, informing key learnings and developing plans for future growth.
  • Own the success of a campaign or test by writing content, setting up in-app and email campaigns, and coordinating with necessary partners.
  • Partner with research teams to support and execute groundbreaking customer research, providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing and product strategies.
  • Join a cross-functional team from Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations on weekly business reviews, reporting progress to leadership and driving recommendations.
  • Analyze and own product metrics, uncovering key opportunities for marketing and iterating on messaging/positioning accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a marketing or strategy role within a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Product and Strategy teams.
  • Fluency with data, including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and analytics to understand campaign efficacy.
  • Experience running tests and leveraging Excel and SQL for insights and trends.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally in a customer-facing role leading or assisting with digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • Ability to flex seamlessly between strategy and execution across various cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns that impact large audiences.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and execution.
