As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a vital member of our US Product Marketing Team, supporting and leading projects related to the marketing and product efforts of the Cardiac Management Solutions division. You will develop and implement both short- and long-term business strategies to expand the use of CMS products. Your role will involve close collaboration with the US Sales team to actively engage and support domestic selling efforts. You will independently interpret clinical studies to provide data analyses and messaging for the sales team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools to succeed. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to create comprehensive marketing collateral tailored to specific market segments. This includes designing and executing messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources. You will also support the development of annual sales meeting strategies, messaging, collateral, and training efforts to ensure effective content delivery. Analyzing market opportunities and developing strategies to create compelling value propositions and competitive positioning will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective launch plans for new products and features, partnering with cross-functional teams to coordinate company initiatives and product launches, and working with Marketing Leadership to set strategy and execution approaches for relevant trade shows. Building and fostering relationships with key clinical individuals will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources.
  • Support the development of annual sales meeting strategies, messaging, collateral, and training efforts to ensure effective pull-through of the content.
  • Analyze market opportunities and support the development of strategies to create compelling value propositions and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute effective launch plans for new products and features.
  • Partner and/or lead cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts on company initiatives and product launches.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership to set strategy, messaging, and execution approach for relevant trade shows.
  • Develop and foster relationships with key clinical individuals.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical studies and market data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and sales personnel.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing product launch plans and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and create compelling value propositions.

Nice-to-haves
