About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at RecordPoint is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the product, market, and customer personas, serving as a subject matter expert for revenue-generating teams. The PMM will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that marketing efforts align with customer needs and product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for RecordPoint products.
• Create positioning and messaging frameworks that address audience challenges.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide audience insights and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Work with customer-facing teams to understand audience challenges and product fit.
• Conduct competitive analysis to compare solutions offered by competitors.
• Perform audience interviews to gather insights on workflows.
• Develop audience research and personas for targeted marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute product launches that address specific audience needs.
• Create sales enablement content that demonstrates product integration with existing tools.
• Suggest content roadmap ideas that resonate with audience interests.

Requirements

• Direct product marketing experience in technology companies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation for various channels.
• Ability to distill technical features into compelling stories and messaging.
• Experience in customer and market research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product marketing fundamentals.
• Analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
