About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at ApplyBoard will oversee the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the company's AI-powered international recruitment platform. Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products, target markets, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive the overall product marketing strategy, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine the product roadmap based on market insights.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that communicates the unique value proposition.
  • Develop differentiated messaging that resonates with various target segments.
  • Create persuasive storytelling narratives to support brand and product messaging.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product insights and customer success stories.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product releases.
  • Collaborate with growth teams to design and implement effective campaigns.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to create impactful tools for the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, including customer insights and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proven experience in creating impactful marketing collateral.
  • Proficient in market research methodologies and competitive analysis.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize key metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
