About the position

Molex is seeking a growth-minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the launch of new interconnect products and transform product marketing. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to define product messaging, coordinate marketing collateral, and develop product webpages. The manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing a vision to accelerate new product revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with product division stakeholders to gather and prioritize product marketing requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define cohesive product messaging.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products ensuring adequate marketing collateral and sales tools are available.
  • Develop and maintain compelling product webpages and sales tools with accurate content.
  • Define and evangelize a product marketing vision and strategy focused on optimizing product revenue.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to set realistic sprint goals.
  • Provide timely feedback and clarification to the team during sprints.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency.
  • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
  • Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the product marketing team.
  • Review and accept product marketing deliverables, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • Experience managing product marketing or product launch activities in the high-tech electronics industry.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated product marketing or sales experience in the electronics connector or component distribution industries.
  • Understanding of engineering and supply chain target personas.
  • Applied experience with Agile Marketing or Agile Scrum project management frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of the Pragmatic Framework for creating and marketing products.
  • Ability to perform under pressure from tight timelines and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Wrike.
