Responsibilities

  • Manage go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to key personas and market segments.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, and battlecards, to support the sales team.
  • Track competitive intelligence and market trends, keeping internal teams informed and influencing product strategy.
  • Act as a bridge between Product and GTM teams, ensuring that all teams are operating with up to date information and insights.
  • Develop customer storytelling and ROI narratives to highlight product impact.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Demand Gen teams to align product messaging with campaigns and lead generation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a product marketing role.
  • Strong communicator with a deep understanding of both product and marketing.
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative environment, working seamlessly across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strategic and detail-oriented, comfortable balancing big-picture planning with hands-on execution.
  • Naturally curious about customer behavior, market trends, and product innovation.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in multi-product or high-growth environments.
  • Passionate about the Education/Non-Profit Sector and/or have experience in Advancement or Fundraising.
