About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at DocuSign, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of eSignature solutions, focusing on cross-sell and upsell initiatives. This position requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance customer segmentation and optimize the customer journey. You will be responsible for crafting product messaging, equipping field teams with essential tools, and building a strong pipeline for the product portfolio, ultimately contributing to the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of our eSignature product
  • Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth, then refine and optimize messaging based on these insights
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the way the product roadmap is prioritized, packaged, priced, and communicated
  • Partner with demand generation to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure that Sales has the right content, tools, and training to develop and close deals effectively
  • Drive usage and create expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success
  • Work with International Marketing to showcase the value of eSignature solutions in our core international regions
  • Support strategic customer and internal events by owning development of presentations, sessions, trainings and speaking

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience understanding and simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences
