As a Product Marketing Manager at Raydiant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative software solutions tailored for the restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), hospitality, and retail sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target markets, showcasing the unique value of our products. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure that our offerings not only meet market demands but also exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to gain insights into the restaurant/QSR, hospitality, and retail industries. This research will help you identify key trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics, which will inform product positioning and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for creating and executing go-to-market plans that effectively launch new products, drive product adoption, and expand our market reach. This includes developing timelines, identifying key stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional efforts. In addition to market research and go-to-market planning, you will craft clear and compelling product messaging that communicates the value and differentiation of our solutions. Tailoring this messaging to resonate with specific customer segments will be essential. You will also support the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, such as pitch decks, product demos, and competitive analysis, ensuring they are well-prepared to convey the benefits of our solutions to potential customers. Your responsibilities will extend to content development, where you will produce high-quality materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and video scripts to support marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts. Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email, will be a key aspect of your role, aimed at generating leads and building brand awareness.
