About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Tournesol Siteworks is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for commercial landscape products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer journey, conduct market research, and develop marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The position requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to create compelling content that supports product development and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand the competitive landscape.
  • Support the product marketing development cycle from end-to-end, bringing new products to market.
  • Oversee and revamp technical marketing documents, including graphics, drawings, and copy.
  • Act as the customer advocate, articulating user and buyer needs.
  • Create 2D and 3D product visualizations with input from the marketing and design teams.
  • Develop use-case scenarios and technical illustrations to highlight product benefits.
  • Deliver training for internal teams and prepare content for external presentations.
  • Develop or update CEU (continuing education unit) content.
  • Create sales tools and collateral, including webinars, ads, and materials for tradeshows.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and design assets for various marketing channels.
  • Set up social marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and engage target audiences.
  • Manage Tournesol's ecommerce experience and develop content to support user experience.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS/FTP Management.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using AutoCAD, Keyshot, Sketchup, or other rendering software.
  • Video editing and content creation experience.
