About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Alkami Technology is responsible for driving product marketing strategies and initiatives for the company's cloud-based digital banking solutions. This role involves collaborating with product management teams to develop compelling content, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with clients and support sales efforts. The position emphasizes the execution of marketing plans, product launches, and the creation of audience-specific materials to enhance product awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of marketing plans, messaging, content, campaigns, and thought leadership for Alkami products and services.
  • Work with product teams to distill key functionality and benefits into value drivers and customer outcomes.
  • Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages, content and tools (presentations, blog posts, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product demos, etc.).
  • Partner with sales enablement to train and support Alkami's sales teams to articulate the value of our products and advantages.
  • Work effectively across product, digital marketing, sales, and business development on joint messaging, content, campaigns, and events to achieve business goals.
  • Own product and feature launches where applicable and drive awareness and adoption of new releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience or 2+ years of post-MBA experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS fintech company or fast-paced financial institution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Product Management.
  • Hands-on experience working with senior Product and Marketing leadership to effectively manage and demonstrate success leading and influencing ROI.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of internal bank processes and go-to-market strategies for both retail and commercial.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospects.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and org savvy, with demonstrated experience collaborating with and working with the product management organization.
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies as well as plan and execute on deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
