Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our talented team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and repeat engagement with software developers through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketing leader with a proven track record of achieving and measuring successful results through various campaigns. This position requires a highly organized individual who excels in content strategy and writing, as the manager will be responsible for creating and executing internal communications campaigns aimed at engineers, including driving registrations for events and tools. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and marketing compelling content that helps developers understand the use cases, value propositions, and best practices for utilizing internal developer tools. You will also develop a comprehensive communications calendar and plan that includes well-defined, measurable communications goals, along with a tracking dashboard to monitor progress and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our internal communications wiki for DevCon, ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date. Another key responsibility will be managing our customer success metrics program. This includes authoring, compiling, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing campaigns and improving overall performance. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with technical audiences will be crucial in this role, as you work to foster a deeper understanding of our products and services among software developers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and market compelling content for developers to understand use cases and value propositions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience aimed at technical audiences (software developers).
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in marketing campaigns focused on SAAS products.
  • Degree in a relevant field (BA).
