About the position

Cochlear is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team in Lone Tree, CO. This role is pivotal in driving and expanding service revenue through the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for implantable hearing devices. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to implement product marketing roadmaps, manage digital strategies, and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall bone conduction upgrade strategy and implement the product marketing roadmap.
• Plan and coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across digital platforms, traditional advertising, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, recipient services, IT, clinical, legal, and field sales.
• Lead the digital strategy for the .com platform and online store, optimizing upgrade-specific web pages.
• Gain insights into revenue drivers and customer experience to develop programs addressing barriers to upgrade.
• Present findings and recommendations to marketing teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of marketing initiatives and escalate issues as necessary.
• Develop content and manage creative assets for marketing deliverables.
• Drive the product lifecycle from launch to retirement.
• Support the annual budgeting process and manage budget alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in product marketing
• Proven track record in designing and executing revenue-generating marketing programs
• Demonstrated experience managing through influence without direct authority
• Strong planning, alignment, and communication skills within a sphere of influence.
