About the position

Enavate is seeking an innovative and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities and messaging for a diverse portfolio of products and services. This role is crucial in creating impactful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue, collaborating with various teams to craft compelling messaging and positioning. The position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits, ensuring message consistency across all company materials and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for offerings in the market.
  • Ensure message consistency across all company materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with and manage external agencies as needed.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to create a multi-channel marketing plan that meets lead generation goals.
  • Execute marketing programs and monitor conversion rates, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on results to inform future initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality content that establishes Enavate as a thought leader in target markets.
  • Communicate the value proposition of products and services to the sales team and ensure they have the necessary sales tools.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing plans and strategies.
  • Support partner events and manage partner marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong understanding of product marketing principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Familiarity with a range of marketing technology and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
  • Experience building and overseeing message architecture and product launches.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
