About the position

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for championing the brand's products, specifically focusing on Wolf, Sub-Zero, or Cove. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from definition and development to launch and end-of-life. The manager will identify key initiatives that align with company strategies and market needs, collaborating closely with engineering teams to realize product visions. Additionally, the position involves translating product features and benefits into effective marketing strategies and training for various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the brand's product portfolio lifecycle from definition to development of product extensions and enhancements.
  • Prioritize projects based on company strategies and market needs.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to identify research needs and gain insights for product definition.
  • Conduct ongoing category assessments to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Translate product features and benefits to develop successful launch plans.
  • Guide marketing teams in creating effective product information and training materials.
  • Ensure accuracy of all marketing assets created by other teams.
  • Lead product marketing throughout the 7-phase product development process.
  • Manage and develop revenue-generating accessories.
  • Track and disseminate accurate specifications and design information.

Requirements

  • 8 - 12 years of progressive work experience in marketing with a focus on product management and development.
  • Direct experience with marketing and consumer research processes.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail accuracy.
  • Experience in briefing agencies and vendors for branded communications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Exposure to sales environments in similar categories.
  • Experience in architecture, home design, kitchen design, and cabinetry.
  • Familiarity with the culinary industry.
  • Deep product knowledge or interest in technology and engineering.
