About the position

Uphold is seeking a Product Manager, Marketing to enhance its product offerings within the Web3 financial ecosystem. This role focuses on understanding user needs and translating them into marketable products, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams to successfully launch and promote Uphold's crypto custody products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for crypto custody products.
• Craft and refine product messaging that resonates with retail clients.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer insights.
• Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams for cohesive product launches.
• Create high-impact marketing collateral tailored to different customer segments.
• Develop and manage initiatives to drive customer education and engagement.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches, providing insights for optimization.
• Set strong and achievable goals and KPIs for each product line.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technology-powered products as a product manager, designer, marketeer, engineer, data analyst/scientist, or user researcher.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with high emotional intelligence.
• Metrics-driven approach to identify key success indicators for products.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to examine internal and external data.
• Experience conducting user interviews and gathering customer feedback.
• Fluent written and oral English skills.
